Jen + Paddy were married at St Nicholas Church in Guisborough before taking the celebrations to Danby Castle Events.
Reverend Alison officiated over a lovely service in the beautiful St Nicholas Church in Guisborough before we went next door to the old Priory grounds for a drink and some photos. The 14th-century ruins looking spectacular in the sunlight. I wonder how many weddings they’ve seen through the years?
Then we headed to Danby Castle Events for the reception. We’ve been here a few times before and it’s always a pleasure. You know that you’re in safe hands, the food’s going to be great and every member of staff is going to do their best to make sure you have a brilliant day.
Afnan Prince serenaded us throughout the afternoon as guests enjoyed the weather and after a fantastic meal and speeches, Hip Hop Hooray kept the party going into the night. And thanks to Jen’s dad we can now say we’ve seen a Jay-Z Ceilidh!
Don’t forget to check out the awesome suppliers at the bottom of the post and here are a few of our favourite shots from the day…
