WEDDING SUPPLIERS!
We shot at your venue, you made the bouquet/cake, the bride bought her dress from you, you’re one of the lovely suppliers who help make weddings ace. If you’re interested in using our photos, this is all the information you need.
We’re all about sharing our images with you – as long as the couple are too! A few ground rules, depending on what you want to use them for. One thing that applies to both uses, you can’t edit the photo. No Photoshop or airbrushing, filters or that awful selective colour (spot colour) nonsense. We spend ages editing to get every image just right in our signature style and sticking an Instagram filter on it would make us cry. (As well as being against copyright law.) We don’t mind you cropping to a square in Instagram, that’s about it.
Images are always provided to the couple first and this can between 8 – 12 weeks, please be aware of this when contacting us for images. May to November are incredibly busy for us, please don’t be offended if we aren’t the speediest in responding during this time.
Copyright
We retain the copyright of all of our images. Our couples don’t get commercial usage rights as we retain the copyright, so if you want to use our images you’ll need to come to us directly. When we let you use our images we still retain the copyright.
Social Media / Online / Website Usage Information
Online usage (websites/blogs/social media) is FREE as long as there is a CLICKABLE linked credit to our website/social media on each page/post you are posting the image on and that you do not edit the image in any way (this includes text overlays and any advertising). For Facebook a link to our page, Instagram a link to our Instagram profile and so on…
Please let us know if you want an image for this purpose and we’ll send you over a high-resolution version. If you can’t credit us or want to use the images for your advertising – there is a paid option, just keep reading.
Advertising / Print / No Credit Usage Information
We’ve made it nice and easy if you want to use an image without a credit, in a magazine ad or for your own advertising, anything like that. It’s £15 per image and if you want more than 5 – we’ll work out a bespoke cost.
