Old Marylebone Town Hall Wedding Photography – Jane + Elliott

Jane + Elliott were married at the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London.

This wedding was due to take place in June but with the coronavirus running rampant, we knew we were headed for a lockdown. Rather than delay their big day, Jane + Elliott decided to organise the entire thing in a little over forty-eight hours. Suits, a dress and rings were bought, flowers arranged and cakes baked. Having a make up artist in the family certainly came in handy too. They also managed to secure a slot at the iconic Old Marylebone Town Hall for the ceremony.

We left our home in Scarborough at dawn and drove to London in time to shoot the wedding preparations which were also doubling as a hen do! These are not our ordinary operating procedures but these aren’t ordinary times and Jane + Elliott aren’t ordinary people.

We’ve never seen two people more excited to be getting married. When Rich left Emma at bridal prep and met Elliott having a couple of drinks in the park, the smiles, laughter and bouncing around continued unabated. The energy continued through the ceremony as Jane made her entrance to everyone singing Queen’s Somebody to Love. There were happy tears, hilarious speeches and more bouncing. Guests who couldn’t make it video called in whilst dressed for the occasion and confetti cannons blasted away as they left. Then it was all back to a friends house for the party.

The day was so much fun. The urgency and passion for this marriage was shared by everyone who attended, including ourselves. Love you guys.
