Burtonfields Hall Wedding Photography – Ellie + Jason

Ellie + Jason had their wedding at Burtonfields Hall near York.

There can’t be many 19th-century Italian villas knocking around in the Yorkshire countryside, but this one is definitely a great place to have a wedding. Located just a few miles east of York, Burtonfields Hall feels like it was tailor-made for hosting weddings and with tons of incredible vendors in the area you’re well-placed for a fantastic day.

Ellie + Jason made their preparations in the plush bedrooms before tying the knot in the old billiards room which had been decked out with some incredible floral displays. We then headed out to celebrate on the lawn before making our way into the marquee for speeches and one of the best wedding meals we’ve had all year. After digesting on the patio, it was back inside for a bit of a dance and some very tasty wood-fired pizza for supper.

It was a standout wedding that was both elegant and laid-back. We hope it won’t be too long before we can return to Burtonfields Hall.
