Best of 2019

Phew! There goes 2019. What a wild ride that was!

It seems like our feet haven’t touched the ground since our wedding season kicked off last spring. Our weeks have flown by in a blur of travelling – backing up memory cards – culling – editing – blogging – creating slideshows, videos, galleries, albums – emails + social media – recharging batteries, cleaning lenses and then travelling to another incredible wedding.

We really must have one of the best jobs in the world. Each weekend spent with folks in a huge celebration of love and we truly get to immerse ourselves in it all. Looking out for every nervous glance, joyful hug and those little looks of love, all whilst trying to make the best picture we can in that fleeting moment. As well as being a huge responsibility, it’s also a great privilege to be trusted with capturing it all and being invited into the family for the day.

And it’s all just so much fun! we can’t count the number of times we’ve found ourselves grinning away whilst we work. A huge thank you to all the couples we’ve worked with this year.
