Gabby + Stu were married at Abbey Farm Weddings in the Lincolnshire countryside.
We first crossed paths with Gabby seven years ago when she was a guest at a wedding we were shooting. It was still very early days for us but all it took was one good photo and Gabby followed us ever since. No pressure then for her big day. Happily, it was a very relaxed day. After getting ready at a nearby hotel it was only a short drive to the fabulous Abbey Farm Weddings. It was our second time at Abbey Farm and just like before, the attentive and helpful staff kept everything running smoothly. We were incredibly lucky with the weather, every downpour seemed to occur when we were indoors. There was a downpour during the ceremony which cleared up before the confetti run and then another during dinner.
After dinner, there were some great and rather emotional speeches followed up by some quizzes, and then out into the sunshine for ice cream. We’d been entertained all day by the fantastic acoustic duo, Serenity but as night fell it was time to break out the big amps and Conspiracy Rising Band got everyone rocking.
It was a huge success of a day spent with some awesome people who made us feel so welcome. Check out the awesome vendors at the bottom of this post and have a look at some of our favourite pictures from the day…
