This is no doubt the most colourful weddings we’ve ever shot! We’ve wanted to shoot at the Barn for ages – then two weddings came along within two weeks! First was the turn of Rachel and James. They were married in St Lawrence’s church in Scalby and went on to party at the Barn just outside Scarborough.
I hung out with Rachel, her mum and bridesmaids at her mum’s house while they got ready and Rich went to meet James and his friends at the church. There was a really chilled out service in the church followed by some epic confetti action. We all went onto the Barn where there was some amazing decorations and touches.
So much had been crafted by Rachel and there was an amazing array of colours and flowers. Oh. That cake. Keep scrolling to see what is possibly my favourite cake of 2015. Dinner was a tasty hog roast and there was a live band playing classic tunes into the night.
